A CNN story caught my attention today: &#;Do Humans Need to Hibernate, Too?&#; My Monday motivation was put to the examine when I woke up to gloomy, rain laden clouds.

The research also shows that in the winter we get more REM sleep, as it is highly affected by bright and dark. Maybe that&#;s why I&#;ve been having such vivid dreams of late&#;
