Andy has journeyed through various styles of yoga and folds elements of these in with his information of shiatsu, meridian energetics and meditation to present a mindful, breath-led flow practice. His objective is to help you inhabit your body more fully, relaxing into it with deeper compassion, appreciation and contentment.
Sometimes his classes center on this creation of space, softening what is stuck and restoring and resourcing us from the inside. Other times, we work hard with strengthening and empowering practices to burn off what isnt serving us and touch the joy in offering more than we consideration we could.
He empowers his students to turn more lovingly towards their physical bodies, to give thanks for all that the body is able to do. Together, we cultivate an attitude of loving kindness, gratitude and wonder as we are led through a soulful and meaningful practice. Breath is also central in Andys offering. Yoga (All Levels)
In our Yoga classes you will be guided through a dynamic Vinyasa flow based class, connecting breath to movement in a series of postures and poses crafted to gain inner power and flexibility.
We will also look at some pranayama (Breathing techniques) that will give you the tools to help deal with the daily stresses of a busy London life.
YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE! These classes are suitable for anyone & everyone over 18yrs.
All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a sip or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.

Flexibility, ability, power, calmness, clarity and harmony can all be found in a yoga practice. If you're looking to try it out, or return to something you used to enjoy, come along to a busy class in central London and make connections to yourself and to other men. <br>All levels are welcome as options and modifications will be given.
And if you’re interested in some focussed, one on one attention, private sessions are a terrific way of mastering the basics or going deeper in an established practice. I also offer to incorporate shiatsu and massage into your session if you like.
In a session, I can help you
